Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased Xiaomi Mi4i 32 gb worth Rs 14999 from SNAPDEAL.COM on 20/august/2015 and received it in my home through home delivery on 28/august/2015. On 23/june/2016 i encountered some problems in the display and touch keys of the device and contacted the nearest authorized service centre in Moradabad.

The service executive of the service centre told me that display of the device is defective and it has to be changed and was told that it will take upto 30/june/2016 however display have not arrived till now. I have contacted the customer care and service centre of the company several times as well as emailed them but was told again and again to wait for few days more and even today when i contacted service centre they told me to wait for 15 days more.

I have faced a lot of mental frustration and feeling lied and cheated. The warranty of my phone is going to expire on 20/august/2016 and due to the negligence of the company i have lost the benefit of the warranty of more than 40 days.
