i have given my phone to the service center of lava(XOLO) in udaipur on 2.4.2014 regarding battery and handsfree problem and they returned it after 24 days on 26.4.2014 without solving any of the problem. And i have submitted back to the service center on 26.4.2014, and between these period of time have called them 20-25 times, sometimes they dont even pick the phone and if luckly they pick up they used to say we are doing wait for 2 days. and 2 days are not ending till now. And around 10 days ago from now they said we will replace it and send a replacement (XOLO Q700i) to you in 2 days. I am calling them everyday but this is not helping me. Please take some serious action as i have faced lots of problems. They are laying to me from the first day .first they told me that your problem is solved but when it came after 24 days the problems were there and when i send it back they told me we are repairing it and then they said we will replace it and send it to you in 2 days after that they told me we are checking again . They are making fool of me every day since i have given it to them. I am feeling like i have been cheated.

I want the money back which i have paid to purchase xolo phone , my petrol expenses , call expenses and price of new phone which i have purchased because they dint provide me any standby phone to use as they kept my phone for 41 days and still they are telling me that i will let you know.Please take some serious action
