my mobile had developed a software issue which was covered under warenty , hence i had submitted it to authorized xolo care center at Jayangar IMEI no : 911337800008066 xolo care code : 1300160 work order number 310000579823 Purchase invoice date : 27-01-2013 12 months warranty submitted date 14 -07-2014 it has been almost 2 months i have not recived my mobile yet . i called to local service center many time , they report me as it has been sent to noida for repair and they suggest me to call the xolo head office . I am not getting proper replay about their SLA’s for getting my mobile back- I am still paying EMI for the mobile and relay feel as a customer i have been cheated by xolo. its my humble request for consumer department to check this issue and teach proper lessons for those who chit the customer.
I want my mobile repaired or replaced back to me , at-least date when i can receive it. xolo should be fined and penalty to be paid to govt. so that next time they dont repeat such act
