I order id : #15913 ordered date : may 7, 2014 shipped date (intimated by mail) : may 9, 2014 tracking id on the royal mail : RQ841035496GB responses from the glamour shop : NONE unable to claim on ROYAL MAIL either : they say, “I’m sorry we can only accept claims for International items from the sender. We would advise you contact the sender and arrange for them to contact us with the required information so we can look into this further. ” sender : GLAMOUR SHOP – No response from the sender, at all. – Comments posted on this forum : deleted and removed by glamour shop. – Account has been blocked to put in any comment here (hence, i could only post my message, via guest accounts) – Means of communication : NONE Tell me what is the solution to this. Either let me know, when will I get the order, or process refund, and let me know, when will i get my money back for the order?? I do not have any other concern with your whole crap system, just clear my queries and provide me with the information. Each time I post the query on their portal, they delete it.

No communication – no intimation of the status of the product. – they keep on deleting my messages, when i post them on their discussion portal : http://www.theglamourshop.com/feedback/ – neither the order has arrived, nor are they responding on any communication means (email or discussion portal) for refund of my money.
