Sir/Madam, It was very bad experience after purchase your Product Aquaguard magna on 19.08.2014 Mr Upendra singh 8744006xxxx is delivered the RO+UV magan on Challan till date i not get the bill for that.Filter installed on 26/08/2014 in the evening after 2-3 calls i make to Upendra singh on that day when your engineer install the Filter there is some gap from the top cover and filter i called again Upender singh on 8744006xxx he confirm us that he will come tommarrow and check the filter cap.But till date i.e. 01/09/2014 he is not pick up the phone on that number 8744006xxxx i tried 40 to 50 times on that number from last 1 week.But before purchasing the product the system is opposite he called me 10-15 times in a day and asks sir please take aquaguard not any other filter because the company is stands in the market, I agree to buy your product but now i realize my decision is wrong. I call your helpline number 011-39883333 on 29/08/2014 regarding the same complaint, complaint number is 77934298, your executive assure us that my complaint is attended on next 2 days, no body come and no call received by your company. I call again your helpline on 31/08/2014 complaint number 90243541 again same feed back given. Again i call your helpline no 011-39883333 on 01/09/2014 complaint number 90243541 your executive told sir your complaint will be attended in next 48 hours. So please confirm what type of service i get after spending Rs 16500/- on your company product and confirm the procedure if i want to return back this product because if this type of service i get from AQUAGUARD its better i take some other brand RO+UV. Company has no time to handle the customers complaints. I suggest to your company its better to close there bussiness if company not provided after sales service.
