XOLO Customer CARE ISSUES

Do not buy xolo phones,they are not providing service in warranty ,So how u excepting that they will provide after warranty.I have purchased a xolo X910 mobile,After some days it has shown invalid Sim,then i have send to service center ,they have taken 10 days to rectify that after that i have gone so many times for service center for some new new fault .Now that mobile have showing touch screen problem and i have submitted to XOLO CARE on 7th may 2014.Work order no-31000414119 and IMEI no-911246800210673 After that when i am going to xolo care they are telling contact customer care but customer care are telling please contact service center for last 5 days.I am not getting any solution.and not giving any answer about my phone. And i have done big mistake to buy this type of phone.
