I deposited my under warranty Karbonn A27 Mobile Phone at Harsehaj Communication, Jalandhar, Punjab vide Job Sheet No. KJASPPB170314K4727 on 10-03-2014 with motherboard problem / repeatedly restart problem but despite my repeated visits, I have not been handed over back of my said mobile phone after my problem being rectified by Harsehaj Communication till date & the status was always informed to me as “Pending”. I was also given contact number (+919780850850) of ASM of Harsehaj Communication, Mr. Varinder Singh, who never responded to my call after he had been informed about my grievance.
