I have purchased the mobile on 11-Oct-2013 from the Next Store. Model No. : A500S IMEI : 911328851014491 My mobile is under warranty & Suddenly it got Switched off & after switch on it seems that display was not working & it was only vibrating.So, I have given the mobile to the Xolo Service center on 01-Aug-2013. they issued a job Sheet Work order No.: 310000627102. after two days they called us & Demanded for Rs.2000 as a repairing Charges.then I visited to service center to know that for what reason they demanded for Rs. 2000 Under the warranty. they told lies that water dropped inside the mobile then i told i used the mobile Properly & Mobile was not contacted by the water then they agreed to Repair the mobile at free of cost & Committed that after the 15 Days they will give us the Mobile. and that time they issued a new Job sheet No : 310000644693 but still my mobile is not repaired and they said that it will take another one week. they are not not giving the proper feedback regarding the phone Delivery time. i have taken a note in writing from them that still phone is not repaired with their sign & stamp which i attached in this complaint. Please help me sir to come out with this problem.
