Xolo – Mobile battery issue not resolved

I purchased XOLO Q1200 mobile from a Sapphire Systems, Madhav Darshan Bhavnagar on 13/06/2014. After few months of usage problem regarding to the battery was encountered. I gave the handset to XOLO care,Bhavnagar on 22/12/2014 and received back on 2/1/2015 (after 11 days) with another problem. I gave back the handset on 5/1/2015 and not received yet (after 22 days!!!!!). There is no message from their side. I also emailed on the given id but all is in vain.

I want my money 12521.73 back with the interest of 6.5% and compensation against the use of my valuable time to reach service center and compensation against mental harassment.
