XOLO Mobile Customer Care Absent ?

Dear Sir/Madam, As per your reply Dated: may 10, 2014, Still I have not received my Handset Brand : XOLO Q 800 that had been given for Repair Dated : 27.12. 2013. After your mail on May 10 , 2014, I went to the concerned Service Centre and asked for my Handset but he replied that panel has been replaced and even Motherboard but somehow by mistake Camera of my Handset is replaced with some other Handset and now the Camera that has been assembled with my Handset is not responding as possibly the camera assembled is not compatible, listening the words it was so strange that my camera that was working fine earlier as per his words were replaced with some other handset as the result now my camera is not working, it was very pathetic. He tiold me to come after almost 15 days so that some other camera was assembled to my Mobile .Almost 1 Year Has lapsed but still I have not received the handset. Being a prestigious Brand, I have chosen this product, but unfortunately Service for the product is exceptionally poor. After this incidence,This Year One Day Before Diwali in the evening I called the concerned person twice regarding the position of my handset that has been given for repair last year and his reply was that still the handset was not assembled and he needs atleast 3-4 Days for the same, when I said that now I dont want my Handset to be repaired and please give my handset back as I dont want to get that repaired, he replied that now he has ordered all the parts and I have to pay 4500 for the same and have to wait for the same, then i replied that i will log a complaint for the same to concerned authorities regarding the same and in return I get a reply that Do whatever you want to do , log a complaint where you want, his reply was full of so arrogance despite of the fact that almost a year has gone and I have not yet received my handset, Then I called the customer support on the same day and logged my complaint on call and they replied me that I should go to their shop and they would talk to them regarding the same and then after almost half an hour the concerned Service Centre Person called and said that Mobile has been repaired and I can collect the same from a nearby shop as his Service Centre is closed and also told me to Submit the Money 4500 as the charges. Then I went to the shop and checked the handset, I was shocked when I saw my handset, Panel/Screen of my Mobile was in bad condition, there are so many scratches visible on the screen, I dont know why if the panel/screen is replaced with a new one, how comes it possible that new screen comes with so many scratches for which I am going to pay 4500 rupees, even the button for opening the screen it was not opening softly and when I open the screen lock on my screen on both corners lines are coming and due to which I have not picked my phone from that shop giving the reason. Now I am fed up from the kind of response, I have decided that I dont want to pay anything to the concerned service Cent

I want my handset back in previous condition that was damaged and i dont want to pay anything for that after almost year and person has to compensate me as I visit his shop so many times
