Xolo Mobile – Faulty Phone – No Customer Service

Damage 15 Rs 13000 plus mental harassment . Hello all , It is with a traumatic experience with your company that I write to you about the sheer misconduct and the most in appropriate and nonchalant attitude of your representatives which have caused utter discomfort as well as mental agony to me. This negligent and irresponsible attitude and acts of your staff has created a great deal of hardship for me and I have had to undergo extreme trouble due to your delayed and underprivileged services. I had purchased a XOLO Q 1010 mobile handset of your company on November April 23rd,2014 with an IMEI No. 911363600248611 and I had made a payment of Rs.11,500/- towards the purchase of same. Moreover, I had got the handset insured.. Disappointingly, within 2 months from the date of purchase, the said handset went dead and even after continues efforts it failed to start. Hence, on June 21st, 2014, I had submitted my handset in your service center I am highly frustrated, after receiving such deficient services and with the attitude of your company. Still trusting on your brand value, I submitted the phone on June 21st, 2014and then received the sms on 7th july from xolo that phone is repaired i can collect the phone from service center (SG Solutions ) . But when I reached xolo service centre to collect my phone SG solutions executive said that they still not received my phone . Next day i again visited SG Solutions and this time they said that due to repair there was defect in phone screen so they again send it back for repair and said that they will call me back ones phone is fully repaired . Then i contacted xolo help line number to get the information about my phone status then customer care executive said they don’t have any information about of phone being send back by SG solutions to them . Then finally on 19 th july 2014 got a call from SG solutions to collect my phone but this time there was no message from xolo company and when i contacted xolo customer care then they said they don’t have any information about phone being repaired again by them . My questions are where was my phone for these 12 days ? Who repaired my phone again ? On repeated calls and persistent follow ups in this regard but to no avail. It is very pertinent to mention here that I have hardly used the phone for 2 months instead I had only faced problems since then. This negligent and callous attitude of your representatives has caused me a great deal of monetary loss and mental agony. Moreover, I being a working professional, am regularly dependent on my phone in my daily routine. It is really sad to know that a company of your repute has failed to provide satisfactory services to your customers. As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employees, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration. I would like to emphasize that: You have been grossly negligent and unprofessional in your approach
