Xolo Mobile – frequent quality problem no response by center

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been facing frequent quality problem in my mobile, though i have interacted with customer care cell of xolo/service centre none has taken response for the fault. Kindly help me. JAN 25th: I had frequent ON/OFF problem, so i went T.nagar service centre, they just updated the software and told the problem solved. Immediately after reached home,the mobile has same problem again. JAN 31st: I have to service centre again at T.nagar. They told it has some serious problem and they cant solve such problem at chennai service centre, and send that mobile phone to delhi service centre and told it will take 25 days to solve the problem. I have waited and got my mobile after 25days. FEB 20th: Still after complete service of my mobile it has same problem.My mobile Dead. No any proper response from both service and customer care. Again i visited the service center and told the history. They asked me to submit to service centre, and told to come back after 25 days. I waited again and got my mobile on march 7th. March 8th 2014: Now my mobile’s sim slot not working. Am unable to use the mobile for 100%. XOLO cheated me, they not given proper response for that. Plz help me to get worthfull product for my money.

I just want the mobile and not just 2 piece of plastic cover. I want justice. I have went three times and am not getting the product what they given in catalogue.
