I have submitted my XOLO Q700S on 28-05-2014 at F1 authorized service provider located Sukhrali, Gurgaon. It was having a software problem, camera dust and touch was not working properly. The responsible persons there asked me for 2 days to get that repair. After 2 days i got a call from F1 service provider and they said it will take 7 days to get it repaired as handset has to sent in Noida . After waiting for so many days,on 11 June 2014 i received a message and call saying that i can collect my device at earliest. As i went there to collect my device i found that my battery has lost/misplaced by them. I got frustated as it was already a week late and now one more trouble to face. As on today, i.e 17 June 2014 , i have not received my handset as well as battery. Such a bad management by XOLO. Its been 20 days i am out of phone. Notification No.- 310000466464. Kindly resolve the issue .

My xolo q700 is having network problem in both sim slots. It was given to xolo care by by work order 310000425005 dated 12th may 2014. It is now 7 weeks and still the phone is not returned back to me. They dont reply to emails. On phone they give standard reply that it will be shipped soon. When?.
