I have purchased a phone of xolo mobile modal no.A500Club on 7may but on the same day it was dead.on 13 may I have submit that phone to service centre of xolo mobile at uttam nagar at gurunanak communication. They said to me the you will get your phone in 7 or 10 days but I didn’t get after 4 days I call there they said your phone is coming today at evening ,morning tomorrow morning but I didn’t get my phone ,I call almost per day to there toll free number but the daily said that out software is not update and we font have any information about your phone and even I mail them but they said that we do asap form last 3 days.

I need my phone back with in 2 days or I need my money back with some interest.i attach the job sheet and my bill with this complaint.
