We have transferred our phone from Jor Bagh to Timarpur. Jor Bagh people say we have already transferred the phone but the Timarpur people say they have not received the OB no. This is their internal issue and we are suffering in between. People on 1500 say that phone is not registered in your name and not belong to your address. MTNL directory shows that phone belongs to me and it is at correct address. We have been trying to get the combo 590 plan but there is no action from anyone for our phone no. 23934268 In the meanwhile, their billing is still intact and they are again going to release a new bill, without any service and with so much of frustration, agony and pain as a gift of living in India, with a Government company called MTNL.

We want that our phone should be transferred at the earliest and all the correction should be made to my account. Also, pay INR 24,500 as compensation as of now and pro-rata incremental with every day of further delay.
