Dear Team,

I have issue in my Xolo -8X- 1000 set , which was given for repair @ Mayank Services few month back they have repair it and handed over the same in next -3-4 hours but i have check letter on the problem was still as it is and given this phone again to repair @ Mayank Services on 27-7-2015 they confirm me that they do not have part to repair this set and for part it will take 10-15 days , I am fail to understand how can authorized service center is not having part to repair set , Yesterday i have checked the status of my repair but same answer they do not have part and also no idea how much more time required . This is soft reminded to do the needful else i have to take the matter some other competent authority like CEO / Director .
