Dear sirs **please see the attachment for work order or booking receipt*. Other than this the service center is not providing the work order number.* ** the battery of the xolo 6x-1000 gone bad within 8 months of purchase. I am not getting any response from care@xolo.in or from the service centers. *you people are playing with customers saying you want work order number but service center says the bill is number and finally it took me 3 months not getting the battery.

Sir, My Xolo One (Red Color) Mobile Phone (Display Problem) i was submitted at your Service Center (as on Date: 28.07.2015) Address: CELL CARE POINT (1300480), Kothari & Sons Jeweller Shop, Mumbai – 58. (Phone No. 969941 8605). He was committed Cell Phone Delivery Date: 29.07.2015 at Evening but till today not received…. Pls resolve my Problem as soon as possible….
