I ordered xolo Q2000 06-12-2013 on flipkart.com I used it for 6 months and the handset is totally dead on 18 may 2014 I submitted it it service centre on 19-05 -2014. Thr repaired handset I got on 09-06-2014. It took 20 days to repair handset. Again I started using it. But on 17-07-2014 my wifi was not working and again my phone is dead on 19-07-2014. Again I visited. Service centre on same day and submitted the handset they said that it will take again 20 days I said ok . But now around 45 days has been gone and the handset is still under repair. I contacted service centre on 4,9,14 30august and I contacted customer care on 30 July 7,21 august and today on 1sept. The cost of handset is 14,499 Rs . What should I do? The people from service centre ask me to contact customer care and vice versa. Still they are not giving me information and time limit
