Xolo Q900 Mobile – Customer Service / Care

Hi, I had submitted my Xolo Q900 mobile at Xolo Care on 23rd Dec 2014, since the display of the mobile use to automatically blanks out. However till date I have not received any communication from Xolo on status of the issue. On contacting Xolo care on couple occassion, I was told that the company has stopped production of the model, hence it will take time for them to resolve the issue. However, no written communication on when the functional mobile will provided has been given to me so far. The mobile is well within the warranty given by the mobile company. The workorder number of the complaint filed with Xolo is 310001021910. IMEI No. of the device: 911331300286447 The mobile was purchased on 7th Apr 2014

Due to non availability of the Smartphone purchased, I was unable to receive or make call required for official purpose. To which my reputation in office to perform my duties was obstructed. I had to buy a new smartphone worth Rs. 20500 on priority. Need compensation for the purchase of new mobile phone and damage incurred performing the official duties for the time the phone is retained with Mobile company.
