Greetings of the day. Hope you are doing well. This is 2nd time in 2 years in a row, I am approaching you to help in resolving my query. Myself Jatin Khudadhara. I bought Xolo Q-2000 2 years back. My phone faced some problem within warranty period and I was given New Phone Xolo Play 8X-1100 with the help of Miss Monika from Customer Delight Team, Gurgaon HO.
I appreciated a lot and I asked my friends to buy Xolo Phones only because of such a wonderful service. After that I bought 3 Xolo phones for my family members. Recently I bought Xolo Era 10 days ago through Snapdeal. Amongst them, I bought one phone Xolo 8X-1020 for my brother on 25-Jan 2015.

Phone was working fine in starting months. Then, My phone got some display issues and I went to Xolo Service Center at Maninagar, Ahmedabad. He asked me to submit phone and wait for 25 days. I was awaiting for my phone to be repaired. I got a call then from Service Center and they told me that They are not able to repair my phone and advised me to go to Retailer Shop Shivam Communication, Maninagar. I went there and was surprised to hear that They will refund only INR 7500 to me because Xolo has stopped production of this model.
This is again I say ridiculous service, that I bought it at INR 9300 and I am getting only INR 7500 refund even though my phone is coming under warranty period. My brother is pursuing Final CA and he is wasting his time since last 1 week by going at Shivam & Xolo Service Center. I am also wasting my time by writing this mail. Honestly, this is not our fault that you have stopped production and we are suffering.
If I don’t get any resolution of this within 48 hours, I will return Xolo Era as I can do it within 15 days of purchase and I assure you that no Xolo phones will be sold through my friends, family members and colleagues. I will also do same what I did on last occasion by posting it on Social Websites and also file a case against you in Consumer Forum by putting my own example that If I get replacement by new phone in one case, why don’t I get the same in same other case. Unfortunately, I will have to take necessary steps even though I don’t want. I just want my problem to be solved amongst below options:
Ø I want my Xolo 8X-1020 to be repaired
Ø Provide me other phone within range of 9,000 to 10,000 INR
Ø I was planning to buy Xolo Black of INR 12,999. So, I want that model with the difference amount of INR 3699.
