Dear Sir, I have purchased a Transcend external harddisk online with Yebhi.com on 2nd April 2013 having warranty on 3 years and it has been stopped working suddenly. When I asked for a support with Transcend, they just provided a dealer address Intratech Computers, M-13, Deepak building, 13 Nehru place, New Delhi-110019 Tele no: 011-26282627/6886. When I visited to shop, they refused to provide service on that. When I asked to give me wriiten on this, they just denied. I have visited three days at that location to ask for a repair. My money and time has been lost. Even when I asked to Yebhi.com, they are not providing any solution on this. They are just giving me another day daily on that issue. I want to may external hard disk repaired. If it colluded not not be repaired at least give my money back
