Yepme.com – delayed refund and low quality shoes

Hi sir/Madam, I have purchased a pair of shoes online from yepme shopping in nov13, shipment no was 4175519. i have received my shoes within 3days but when i checked i found it was not my size so i called up customer care and tell them that i need a bigger size should be no 10..customer care agent told me that bigger size not available in particular shoes so i need to choose a different pair of shoes for the same amount…i told him that i dint like any shoes with the same price tag however i like a pair of shoes which is higher in price than the last one..agent advise me that the only option available is that i should apply for a refund for the previous shoes and has to place a new order for the shoes i want to order now. i was ok with it.. so i place a new order and also apply for a refund. since than its alsmost 6months but i dint received any refund till now i called up thousands of time to yepme but everytime they ask me for a week time but still i dint received any refund. Secondly the shoes which i order later again i received that in 3 days and it was perfect size but the quality of shoes was too bad it already has in very bad condition within 2 months. sole has broken from the several places and it get torn from several places too

i want both shoes to be refunded and also want to claim monitory reimbursement for the calls i made to yepme and for the mental tensions they are giving me since 6months
