Sir The orders 12654439 &12629878 are placed with yepme.com on 19 and 20 of march 2015 i have not received the product nor refund hence i talked to the customer care 4 times still now i am not getting a positive response i interacted with my bank and they have sent me proof of receipt which is attached herewith. the order was costing 582 and 648 Rupees. after contacting them with the proof they have refunded 324 rupees on 25th April but with out proper communication i request you to take action againstHalf them

i require total refund of 582+648 + 100 rupees as telephone charges for contacting the yep me customer support
