I have ordered a Yepme Flora Dark Blue Top and Yepme Eliska Dark Wash Denims to my uncle address with name A T V SATYANARAYANA RAJU with order ids:4726888 and 4728222 and they promised me to deliver the products in 3-4 working days and they sent dot zot courier but i didn’t receive the product and i contacted the customer care and the said the product was delivered but i didn’t received it and i lodged a complaint regarding the product on 7/01/2013 they said give us 24 to 48 hours and i contacted the customer care after every two day and they are saying the same and now they say that the money will be refunded only after the receive the product back to them from courier service.please get me my money back

I was not able to gift the dress to my sister for the required occasion and i wasted another 200 to 300 rupees for talking to customer care and all my valuable time.
