Yepme.com – Third product not received not responding properly

Hi, i placed order for 3 products from yepme.com i.e. 1.”yepme orange gladiaotors” 2.”yepme cream gladiators” & 3. “jealous 21 black boho chic stylish top”. expected delivery date of all products was march 10,2015. order id: 12433451 mode of payment was credit. from this order i received 2 products i.e. 1.”yepme orange gladiaotors” 2.”yepme cream gladiators” i did not received third product i.e. “jealous 21 black boho chic stylish top” so i requested to customer care to track my order number and give me feedback of product,but they keep on saying me that they will get back to me with feedback for my refund of my product. after few days when the same did not come, i called the customer care & they informed that the 1 top will not come as the stock is finished & they also confirmed me that the money of rs 826/- will be refunded to me within 3-4 working days it is almost 1 & 1/2 months now, i have not received the money yet. while calling to customer care executive they keep on transferring my call to senior but their side also i got no satisfactory response. i called yepme customer care number upto 20 times in a day. they said we will refund the money with in 3 days so on. but still i didn’t get the money.please take up my case. and refund my money asap. requesting you to kindly look into this matter. i will be very helpful for this. thanks.
