I have applied for the connection on 14th July,The expected installation to be happened in 7working days.Till now the insatllation not happened. I am continuously following it up with there online sales service. the Managers are not interested to talk on phone. Telephone request lauch that also no one attainded.every time they are saying that installation will happened today. but I am not getting what is the problem.

No physical damage but I am so frustretade, I want the connection for the study purpose and I have already waidted my one month. It just like the mental harrasement.
