Reliance internet services have been down for the past 3 weeks and the customer care has not addressed it till date neither are providing an ETA. Full advance payment has been made for their service. I have called the reliance customer care several times to no avail. They are not responding to emails either. Below are a couple of complaint numbers: CNM10001431175 223105497
