This is to bring to your notice, I was registered for new YOU broad band connection on 20/05/2014 and Issued cheque for 2022/- but still I not get the connection. Your representative has committed as within 3-4 days connection will be arranged . Already 45 days over why not responding and what can I do. I have urgency for net connection. I was complaint to customer care also for 3 times but no response. Pl. respond and arrange to connection immediately otherwise cancel and send back my cheque/money to take other net work connection.
