An adapter provided in guarantee period along with videocon mobile set a55hd but adaptor not working and replaced after 2 months of rigorous followups with videocon service centre at jaipur 2) screen of videocon mobile set a55hd accidentally cracked same could not be resolved more than then 2 months. 3) the day on which i have received the set after repairing the basic functionalists were not workings properly due to which the phone get hanged randomly on which the same has been deposited at the videocon service center at jaipur which is still with them for the last one month and the problem is still not resolved.

now as the phone is under warranty period i want a new set along with the expenses i have incurred for repairing and follow ups which costs around rs 20000 (along with mobile purchasing expenses). in contrary please do the justice which is as per law. note: i have all the requisite documents with me which can be produced if required
