Hi sir/madam, Today is 12th day my You Telecom internet is not working.. I called to customer care 9 times and they will say.. Problem will be sorted in 4 to 12 hours.. Since from 20-04-2015 every time they are saying same thing.. My complaint number is 2015042028477 on 20-04-2015..
Paid rent for 12 months and no internet from 12 days.. Itz a loss of 12 days amount
Internet should be repaired and compensation of amount for loss of days should be credited or refund my paid amount….
