I have been using BBNL Delta broadband from You Telecom for past 2 years, Past 5-6 months disrupted internet connection, sometime during night purposely internet disconnected. The problem started after they shifted their office. Pathetic part is even it doesn’t work at their office.

I feel, day to day life its a complete torture as without Internet I couldn’t imagine. IRCTC Tatkal booking missed multiple times, work from home is scary, 100s of phone call some not attended, waste of money and time. I demand uninterrupted connection as a consumer else I will be forced to look at an alternative such as Airtel or Reliance Jio Infocomm.
