Our service was not functioning for more than two and half months.I paid for three month plan After loged several complaints no action taken.i visited their chennai office in person.they replied they will set right the problem or they will respod and update. noting has happened.Today when i called up his cusetomer service pseron (i think he is the Head – refuse to tell his name) reply with disrespectful words and answered irresponsibly.His reply was really affected my self respect and dignity.

I want my money back (deposit amount) and the remaining amount for the Capacity which I am not able to use. For their irresponsible feed back for my many complaints I want compensation.
