I purchased Zync Mobile ZTE Blade EG (Dual Sim CDMA & GSM Model no-N799D) from the rcom.shop. At the time of Sales, ZTE confirmed its configuration as 4GB internal memory & 512 MB RAM. On the very next day, i observe that device is only showing 2.44 GB Internal Memory & 385 MB RAM. Apart from this, device also have cracking speaker.i went to customer care they took my phone for 38 days.and then returned it.when i found that the problem was not solved i questioned them.they are simply telling that all the phones have 385 mb ram.If company had done a wrong commitment & launch the product without proper testing & R&D, then why should i suffer. Please help.
