Tata DoCoMo Broadband Poor Connection

Since last two months Tata DoCoMo’s services are very poor. I have selected internet plan on March,2014 for 2 years at 500Kbps on day and 600Kbps on night. Now since last two months I am having trouble that I can not use internet in night session. Internet connection is disabled any time between 10.30 PM to 11.30 PM and it will not be enabled till 7.30 AM to 8.30 AM. I have complaint them almost daily and they tell me to give permanent solution. In the last few complaint(almost 4) I have complaint to the to fight against company then then I received call from company on next day and they always said that my complaint is solved and the line is clear but still I am having problem.

Actually I cannot surf Internet on night as per my plan and also I have asked so many times to get my solution to the company but till yet my time is wasted by company. I want justice that if company is not able to provide internet facility n night duration then they should refund me my money back as per plan SMART-512-600-KBPS18M
