Aircel – 3G Activation and Misbehaving by staff

I have done a recharge of rupees 275 for 3G pack, but while using it is working in 2G. i am even not able to access Facebook and other websites, it seems to be barred, and when contacted customer care for this issue, they are least interested to resolve this problem and the staff even misbehaved. One CSR even provided with data helpline no. “20788894” and when contacted this no. does not exist. Sunanda said we are unable to escalate this call to superior,we will call you back in 4 hrs. but no one responded. I am feeling cheated and fooled, it has left a psychological effect on my mind. i have almost wasted 2 days of my life in resolving this issue and was still unsuccessful. According to “TRAI complaint Redressel Regulations Act 2012” – Consumer Grievances should be provide with Speedy, Effective and Inexpensive redressel, but such acts are also taken for granted, and my no. is also blocked i am unable to call customer care anymore. Kindly provide me the best possible solution.

I want this stupid company and their Customer Service Representative to pay for what they have done. Money hardly matters for me, but the pain and suffering i am facing for last 48 hours should be compensated, they must be sued for this. So that they cannot hurt someone Else’s sentiments.
