Airtel Digital TV – amount taken and Fake promise given

On 11th April, I decided upgrade my digital tv id, 37080661(registered mobile no: 9582672555). On 12th, agents turned up and upgraded the set top box and taken the payment of 1499, he said, channel will come in 10 mins. 1st Fake promise: after upgrade, the agent says, it will start in 10 mins. 2nd Fake promise: after an hour, I called up customer care, the lady said and clearly promised that it will start in 24 hours, and I would not have to call back. It didnt work. 3rd Fake Promise: next day I called up customer care, the guy said, it will take 48 hours, so I started losing patience and felt that this could be a trap. after 48 hours, the customer care is pitching for me recharge it for HD channels. This was absolutely illogical, and idiotic.

Airtel HD upgrade offer should have updated information. I need a complete reversal of this upgrade and would like to discontinue my relation with Airtel. I want a complete refund of 3500(2000 for airtel Digital tv connection and 1499 for HD upgrade) and disconnect my Airtel Digital TV service. I dont want to continue.
