Respected Nodal Officer,

More than two weeks before, I came to Airtel Nodal office (Senthome road) in Chennai to re-activate services to SIM card (no. 9860887540) which was purchased from Maharashtra (Pune) last time, before shifting here with family.

Mr. Moulesh (from Counter#1, cell no. 9952009980) collected required documents from me to be sent (by post or email, I don’t know) to Maharashtra’s circle office and gave me a new SIM card.

Almost 15 days have passed by now and services to my SIM haven’t been restored yet and I really don’t know if my documents or any kind of email was sent to Maharashtra nodal office.

When I called (many times after submitting document in Chennai) to customer care of Maharashtra, they told me that they haven’t received any documents or mail as such.

My big problem is that currently I’m not in position of going to Maharashtra so please look into my issue to activate the SIM so this is my kind request.
