Blue Dart – Hidden Rules Customer care is irresponsible

Blue Dart has to deliver one 39″ LED TV through their service.Delivery guy is called me when I was in a official meeting.He didn’t call anytime before about when it is going to deliver it. He given commitment about if you would reach at your place after 1 hr I will deliver it. I left office early to receive that courier and waited for that guy but he didn’t give any response. I contacted customer care, there also I didn’t get satisfactory answer.They was saying we deliver between 11:00am to 9:00pm around. When I asked about is there any where it is mentioned that timings, then he was not able to reply. These guys are making fool to common people.If anyone is single and working how they can receive these big couriers like LED TV’s. It may be not possible to collect this in office because of security concern and their policies, for small couriers and books it is easy to collect there. I have concern that these courier companies have to unveil their hidden rules, not to just make fool consumer.They should be flexible with customer.

These people should be flexible with customer. If they make any commitment, they should fulfil it, otherwise customer would be always in pain. Delivery guys should follow some benchmarks. Before starting they should call their customer and ask about their convenient time. If they had hidden rules they should unveil it .
