I booked ticket of Train. Train Num: 02528 Train Name: Gkp Premium Spl Journey Date: 17/05/2014 Passengers: Ashutosh Malviya, Sumitra Malviya Class: 3A The train was cancelled. I asked for refund of money but it was denied by authorities concerned. I requested several times and sent several representations through emails from 2nd June to 4th June 2014 but all in vain.

I had important meeting in Gorakhpur but due to cancellation of train I was not able to reach on time. Later on I hired a private taxi in rupees 20 thousand and went to Gorakhpur along with my family but since I reached late, I lost an assignment of rupees 1 lack from the party concerned.

I want compensation of rupees 2 lacks as loss of my assignment due to irresponsible act of IRCTC and/or Indian Railways.
