Home shop18 – Faulty saree and poorest customer service

Please consider a situation: An order placed on 2nd of June and after promising delivery till 7th of June, received on 11th, amount paid, product faulty, complaint lodged, replacement not yet guaranteed. Anyone can feel being cheated. So is feeling my Mom. For her daughter she placed an order bearing No. 946094181 for a saree which she could gift her. But I feel all her feelings are just wiped off all the way and that too just because of Homeshop18. Order when received was faulty on 11 (although it was promised till 7th), she called customer care in no time and complained about that. They generated a request (instead of her right, for which she has already paid) no. 104786365, for which when enquired over phone was told that the same will be replaced by collecting within 2-3 days. Its 26th and still she has lost all her hopes that the same will ever be replaced as the product has neither been picked up nor informed to drop at any counter. She feels like being cheated. For her, the money is gone and what is she left with? Just a piece of cloth and that too with cut in that. When enquired about that nothing else but just those repeated and feeling less apologies, and not even ready to listen what the one on other side wants to say. She even said to me that their name should be homethug118 instead of homeshop18. their channel is displaying all the time 24/7 to buy from them. And what after that??? The product is sold, money received and is that it??? The profit is earned and now???? Let the viewers buy more and let them be the sufferers.
