Amazon Delivered Mobile at Wrong Address

I have ordered a Lenovo A369i mobile through AMAZON website on March 29, 2015 with my old residential address. After realizing it, I requested Customer care executive to update my new address and placed a request on March 30, 2015 at 6:30am to deliver it to the new address. I was promised so. Despite several updates to the customer care, they delivered it to some person in the old neighborhood. They have not even informed me of delivering the product through phone. They just delivered to someone.

When I inquired Amazon they told me that it was delivered to Mrs.Sagunthala (no.9600XX8553) residing at 9-798 at the same place. When I inquired that lady she refused this and said no product has received. Now, Amazon asking me to get it from Mrs.Sagunthala, but Mrs.Sagunthala saying she has not received it. I am helpless. Why do Amazon failed to update my address despite of several promises? How come the delivery boy handed over the parcel to someone? Why don’t they call me at my mobile number before handing over it to some other person? Why should I pay for the product which I don’t receive? Who is playing the game? Amazon or ATS courier boy or Mrs. Sagunthala? Why should I unnecessarily suffer for this play? I want my money back and cancel the order
