Dear All, I am using IDEA GSM service on 85100XXX48. I have put request for DATA pack removal in Month of Jan, 2015 which is not processed properly and when I saw Jan bill, I see other discrepancy in bill as well So I discussed the issue in detail with senior executive and asked me to raise concern again for data pack removal and billing discrepancy; he has ensured me it will be corrected or in any case if there is any error you can inform us after Fen Bill generation. Please look into this issue and provide proper response.

They have barred the outgoing calls which cause inconvenience. More they are adding bills and not responded properly. They have to revert all false charges and need to compensate inconvenience caused due to them.
