Loss of sale deed by Bank
ICICI bank lost my original sale deed for my residential plot
Due to loss of sale deed
1. My construction of house was delayed by 60 days.
2. I was denied loan by state bank of India as they do not give loan on certified copy of sale deed. This resulted in me going back to ICICI bank for home loan. It’s intrest rate is 0.75 percent high.

poor servises and excess billing by BSNL
i have given written request for sulabh facility (incoming only) facility wef 18.09.2009 and again reqested for normalisation of my phone on 16.04.2010. but in billing BSNL is charging at a rate higher then the sulabh rate even after several requestes for correction of bill amount. In last bill they have added rupees 1800 for annual one india facility which we have never requested for. Continue reading

Non Refund of Refundable Amount
