Mobile under warranty is not working properly And Nokia care people said they can’t repair the set.

Tikona Broadband sales people misusing the customer’s documents
I applied for the Tikona braodband on 26th March, but they still havn’t responded to my application.
I even registered a complaint with them and emailed them but still no reply. I fear that they may misuse my document.
