DEAR SIR,

I BOUGHT COMPUTER ACCESSORIES FROM COMPUTER WORLD,4,GC AVENUE,GROUND FLOOR,KOLKATA-700013(INDIA),PH:22345927
DATE OF PURCHASE#15.09.2007
WHICH IS DEFECTIVE(BAD SECTOR) IN HARD DISK DRIVE. SO THAT I WANT TO REPLACEMENT HDD WHICH HAS FIVE YEARS WARRANTY.
BUT COMPUER WORLD DOES NOT ACCEPT IT,OTHERWISE THEY DEMANDING MONEY RS.200/-FOR REPAIRING HDD FROM OTHER SOURCE.

NO ACTION AGAINST HOSPITAL BY MY TPA

I got operated on 3rd-Dec, 2009. It was an Arthroscopy. I have been told by hospital (Excel Hospital, Kanpur) as well as Mediassist customer care also that there is a package for this kind of surgery and I will only be eligible for eighteen thousands but hospital management told me that 26 thousands is required for it so I need to pay rest of 8 thousand rupees cash.
