Refusal to replace the defective Multi Toaster Purchased even refusal to give refund for the product as promised by the company
We purchased a Morphy Richards multi-toaster worth Rs. 2050 from Zenith Electric Stores – 25, Ezra St, Kol-700001 on 16/09/2011. One of the screws on the hinge was missing but we did not realise this on purchase. We took the toaster for repairing to the same outlet on 15/11/2011.
