My husband Mr. Pankaj Singh one day recieved a call from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Coampany Delhi where the staff explained the policy to them as my husband was not interested in taking the policy he declined bu the people of Bharti Axa repeatedly kept on following him untill and unless he was made to surrender/ furnish certain document including a PDC as we were still not interested in the policy we made the cheque get dishonoured and conveyed the same to people of Bharti Axa Life Insurance on their calls.
The Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company even than kept on calling my husband to such a extent that it disturbed his business meeting or our privacy. The phone calls from their end rang even if my husband was in funeral ceremony of my brother in law.
As my number was also furnished in the details of documents as particular of nominee the people did the same to me immaterial of my business hours at a point of time i had to switch of my call while attending a case as when my phone was on vibrator yet the calls from their end disturbed my concentration while arguing a case. On 02-01-2012 while i was in court waiting for my case to be taken my phone suddenly rang from no. 911132312438 despite on the other end there was a person who introduced himself to me as Anil SIngh from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Company despite my request to call me latter he misbehaved with me and said that if we are not going to take the policy as he has our our documents he will misuse them and put us in danger. I and my husband has apprehension that he may do as he has said.
The telephone calls from Bharti Axa and lastly phone call from Anil Singh on02-01-2012 has given us great mental tension and disturbed us a lot. It is thus requested that you may kindly look into our grievances and oblige
