I had logged a complaint for slow speed of my Broadband (Customer id: 376448543046). An engineer was sent today (9th Feb) to look into it. But he did come without his own laptop and used my personal laptop to check the fault. He handled my laptop so carelessly that he spoilt the Shift key and now Shift key is not working properly. I registred for DND quite a long time ago and still i recieve calls and smses from various financial institution. My telecom operator says that everytime such calls come, i have to lodge a complaint with them.
