I lodged a claim on 1st October 2017 with Bajaj Allianz, The claim no is OC /18/1901 /6609/ 00004789. However, till date the complaint has not been resolved. Frequent calls to the Customer Care is useless. The regional manager is not available on his cell. Nuva Agency appointed by Bajaj is thoroughly useless and the team does not respond to messages or calls. To add insult to injury they are sending trainees with limited knowledge of the machine. Not sure why Bajaj is selling these when they cannot provide service. The name of Bajaj is being spoilt
