Bazaar.com – Not recieved my products

Dear Sir/Mam, I had placed cashew nut (diamond) through ask me bazaar.com and I transferred the same amount from my standard chartered credit card. Today when your delivery boy came to deliver the packet he was asking me money for the same. I don’t know why these mistakes happened from your side, If I have already made the payment. Please deliver my good or refund my money.
